How to request a refund from the Google Play Store, Apple Store, and Web

We offer different types of refunds depending on where you purchased your subscription:

👉 How to request a refund from the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Tap "Account" and then tap "Order History."

  4. Find the app "Good Vibes - Binaural Beats" that you want to request a refund for and tap on it.

  5. Tap the "Report a Problem" button.

  6. Select the reason for the refund request and tap "Submit."

  7. Wait for a response from Google. You will receive an email notification when a decision has been made on your refund request. If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Some apps and games may not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, the "Report a Problem" button will not be available.

Keep in mind that Google has a set of policies in place for refund requests, and they reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet their guidelines. Please make sure to read and understand these policies before submitting a request.

  1. Open the App Store or iTunes Store on your device.

  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Tap on "Purchased" from the menu.

  4. Tap on the item that you would like to request a refund for.

  5. Tap on the "Report a Problem" button.

  6. Select the reason for the refund request and provide any additional information in the provided field.

  7. Tap on "Submit" to submit your refund request.

Note: If you are requesting a refund for an app that was purchased more than 90 days ago, you will need to contact Apple Support directly. You can do this by visiting the Apple Support website or by calling the Apple Support hotline.

If your refund request is approved, the purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days. Please note that it may take longer for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
