How to reset your password

If you're having trouble logging in to your Good Vibes, You can reset your password by following these simple steps:

1. Open Good Vibes App.

2. Tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address.

3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

  

  Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

4. If you have not received the email after 5  minutes please contact our support team.

    

 

  For security reasons, your password reset link will expire in 15 minutes, but you can always request a new one by following these steps again.

If you are currently logged in to your Good Vibes account via the mobile app and want to update your password, follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap 'Profile'
  2. Tap 'Settings'
  3. Tap My Account
  4. Tap 'Change Password'
  5. Type in your old password
  6. Type in your new password - this must be at least 8 characters. 
  7. Tap Save Changes

If you are currently logged in on the Good Vibes website and are  interested in changing your password, here's what to do.

 

  1. Login to Good Vibes
  2. Tap your profile or avatar 
  3. Type in your old password
  4. Type in your new password - this must be at least 8 characters. 
  5. Tap 'Update'
