Depending on whether you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, the cancellation process may differ.
Cancel your subscription or free trial where you purchased your subscription.
Please read the steps below to see if these apply to you:
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, follow these steps:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple Id at the top of the page.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap on the subscription in the list that you wish to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play app
.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap on the subscription in the list that you wish to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
If you purchased your subscription through the Web, please follow these steps:
1. Open Good Vibes Official
2. Select Avatar on Top Right Hand Corner
3.Select Profile
4. Cancel your subscription by tapping the cancel button.
Note: Right now we do not have the feature to cancel your trial or subscription through our app. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, but we will add cancellation functionality soon.
