Every Android transaction is linked to your Google account which means that as long as you use the same account, you can recover your Good Vibes Premium content on any Android-powered device.
When you login in to your Good Vibes account through our app, it is designed to remember your previous purchases.
If you obtained the application via the Google Play Store:
Good Vibes should be closed from the app manager (may be called Apps on some devices)
Access the Settings on your smartphone.
If you have downloaded the Good Vibes app from Google Play Store, follow the instructions.
- Tap Accounts
- Tap Google
- Make sure you're using the correct account
- Go to device Settings
- Go to Account section
- Select your Google account
- Synchronize the account
- Open the app
Your Premium membership should resume. Restart the app and your device if it doesn't immediately restore your purchased content. If none of this is useful, follow the instructions:
- Go to your device Settings
- Open App Manager
- Select Good Vibes
- Select Force Stop to close the app
- Force stop Google Play Store as well
- Reopen Google Play Store
- Reopen Good Vibes
Try cleaning the app's cache and data in case the app is unable to restore your purchase.
Please note that doing this will remove your favorites; thus, we advise either writing them down or making a backup.
- Go to your device Settings
- Open App Manager (may be called Apps on some devices)
- Select our app
- Select Storage (it may be located in a different place depending on your device)
- Delete the Data and Cache
- Go back to the App Manager
- Select Google Play Store
- Delete Google Play Store app data and cache
- Restart your device
- Open Google Play Store
- Search for Good Vibes & open the app
- This should restore your Premium access.
