Depending on whether you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, the cancellation process may differ. Please read the steps below to see if these apply to you:
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, follow these steps:
- Open Apple Store on your phone.
- Select Your Profile on Top Right Hand Corner
- Select "Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu.
- Choose To Cancel the Subscription option.
If you bought your subscription through Google Play, follow these steps:
- Start by going to the Google Play Store.
- Then select Menu (3 little horizontal lines) from the drop-down menu. Subscriptions
- To cancel a subscription, tap the box next to it.
- Cancel your subscription by tapping the Cancel button.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
