If you're trying to download a session and it's taking too long, or if your app is crashing, try the following:
- Remove the Good Vibes app from your phone or tablet.
- Switch your device on and off.
- Connect to an alternative WIFI or mobile network that is more powerful.
- Reinstall the Good Vibes app if necessary.
- Re-login to your Headspace account.
- Re-download your session if necessary.
(Android phones and tablets) Make sure the Good Vibes's storage permissions are set on.
